Strahan Coleman: award-winning singer-songwriter, worship leader, psalmist and bard.
Growing up on strains of Dylan and the rich mine of the old Christian folk troubadours, Strahan seemed always destined to seek the truth. His songs speak of that moment where “poetry kissed reality”. His modern Psalms wrestle with the same world that David did; the world that struggles to reconcile the face of heaven with our constant economic, political and spiritual upheaval.
Based in Auckland with his wife Katie and two young sons, Strahan’s passion to see people connect with the reality and adventure of God has led him around the world. Playing in churches, bars, festivals and living rooms; his desire is to inspire a genuine and honest walk with God. The vulnerability and poetry of his music connects with people across cultures and language proves no barrier.
